Welcome to White-Beach Hideaway. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of White-Beach Hideaway's Website and the booking of our hotel rooms.

By accessing this website and/or booking a room with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use White-Beach Hideaway if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by White-Beach Hideaway. When you make a reservation, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested.

• Payment: A valid credit card or deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment may be required upon check-in or as specified in your booking confirmation.
• Rates: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking is the rate you will be charged.
• Taxes: All rates are subject to applicable government taxes and service charges.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Check-out Time: Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Identification: A valid government-issued ID or passport is required upon check-in for all guests.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of rate booked. Please refer to your specific booking confirmation for details.

• Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival may be eligible for a full refund or credit.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival may be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
• No-Show: Guests who do not arrive for their reservation will be charged the full amount of the booking or a no-show fee as per the booking terms.

4. Guest Conduct and Hotel Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we ask that you respect our property and other guests.

• Noise: Please maintain a respectful noise level, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and enclosed public areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
• Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property by you or your party. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any such damages.

5. Liability Disclaimer

White-Beach Hideaway and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the site or our services. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property kept in guest rooms or public areas.

Unless otherwise stated, White-Beach Hideaway and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from White-Beach Hideaway for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
